What is required to apply as a KingdomGirl™ buyer?

A verifiable business with an EIN, website and/or social media channel, and a sales tax ID is required.
How long does it take to approve my application?
Due to the nature of our message and brand, buyer applications are put through extensive review to ensure that they are in line with our brand. This process may take 3-5 business days. We will connect with you via email to let you know if your application has been approved and we cannot wait to share light and Jesus alongside you and your brand!
Is there a minimum quantity of product or sales required for me to get my discount?
No! One thing we offer that many other wholesalers do not is the availability to shop without minimums. We do, however, periodically conduct audits of our buyer lists to remove inactive buyers who have not ordered within three months so we strongly advise consistency in orders to make sure that you can remain a part of our amazing and unique program!
Do I need to have a brick-and-mortar store to be a buyer with KingdomGirl™?
While a brick-and-mortar is not required, they are strongly preferred.
We want to partner with established brands and retailers who are just as invested in their success as we would like to be! For brands without a brick-and-mortar location, a strong and well-executed online presence and social media will be required. Applications without a physical or virtual location will not be approved.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my orders?
Sales tax certificates or reseller licenses are required to apply as a KingdomGirl™ buyer to allow you to enjoy sales tax-free purchases.
Do you offer net terms? What payment methods are accepted?
KingdomGirl™ accepts all forms of payment including Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards. We do not, at this time, offer Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle, but we may offer them soon so stay tuned!
We do not offer net terms, but we do offer installments through Shop Pay! This program is offered through our partnership with Affirm. All applicants are subject to third-party verifications for this option. This service is offered independently of KingdomGirl™ and KingdomGirl™ is not responsible for any processes connected to transacting with Affirm.
Am I allowed to resell KingdomGirl™ on Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, or any other sales channels?
KingdomGirl™ does not permit the resell of its products or copyrighted designs on any digital sales channels other than privately owned websites.
These forbidden channels include, but are not limited to, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Faire, or any other channel not directly owned or administrated by the buyer.
The exception to this rule are online stores hosted on platforms such as Shopify or Wix. These websites, while hosted on third-party platforms, are owned and administrated by the buyer.
Any buyers found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately and permanently banned from the KingdomGirl™ Wholesale Program.
Am I able to connect with KingdomGirl™ at any markets or shows?
Yes! We love to travel and do all kinds of shows from trade shows to women's conferences and conventions! Check our Trade Shows page to stay updated on where we might be in your neighborhood!
Am I able to use KingdomGirl™ photography from the website for my own marketing purposes?
Sure! We do have a couple of guidelines though on the use of our photography:
1. We prohibit the altering or modification of our product photography in any way. Please do not add watermarks, logos, or any other altering effects to our photography. Any violation of this policy may result in removal from the Wholesale Program.
2. At no time should our product photography be featured on prohibited websites, including Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc. Any violation of this policy may result in removal from the Wholesale Program.
3. Social media posts are eligible for sharing! Please do give us a tag so that we can engage in your post.

WHAT ABOUT OUR DROPSHIPPING PROGRAM? CHECK HERE!
What is the difference between dropshipping and wholesale?
Traditional wholesale is available to buyers who would like to purchase product at our standard wholesale discount of 50% to resell to their customers. Dropshipping allows for you to sync your store directly to ours using an app!
Once approved and synced, our products will port over to your store within minutes, allowing your customers to shop on your website for KingdomGirl™ products.
How does the KingdomGirl™ Dropshipping Program work?
Buyers apply for our wholesale program as normal and indicate on their application if they would like access to our dropshipping program.
Once approved, buyers receive a code with which they may connect to our store via an app called Synclogic. Using this code, a store can sync with ours, allowing for our products to port over within minutes to their store for their customers' shopping pleasure!
What happens after the sync is complete?
Once the sync is complete using the Synclogic app, store owners may adjust pricing and availability of KingdomGirl™ products as they see fit. Once the products are to their liking, store owners can make them live to their customers and available for shopping.
How does it work when a customer places an order on my site for KingdomGirl™ products?
When a customer places an order for KingdomGirl™ products via your website, you will receive an email alerting you to your order! The email will include an invoice and link to satisfy payment for your customer less the 30% discount, which is yours to keep.
Once the order payment is satisfied, Synclogic updates the order to our website and we fulfill the customer's order for you, subject to our shipping policy. Easy peasy! No inventory or shipping required on your end.
What happens if I don't get my customer's order paid for?
Of course we cannot ship any unpaid orders for your customers. If you receive an invoice and order link for a customer who has placed an order on your website, it is important that you satisfy this payment right away.
The customer's perception is that the order has been successfully placed and everyday that it is not finalized on your end is one more day that the customer does not have their order in queue to be shipped.
Will the customer be able to tell that their order came from KingdomGirl™?
No! Each dropshipping order is identified by the store name from whence the original order came and our fulfillment team generates a matching packing slip to your brand. Your customer will enjoy a package that is arriving directly from you!
Do I have to pay sales tax on my orders?
Sales taxes are generated on your end solely by the systems and nexus that you have applied to your storefront. KingdomGirl™ does not charge sales tax.
How are KingdomGirl™ products packaged?
KingdomGirl™ products are packaged using our branded product cards. No worries, however! KingdomGirl™ is not a retail brand! So even if your customers start to look around, they will not be able to purchase from us. Our site is locked to non-registered customers and they are unable to view pricing or add to cart at any time. They will have to come back to you!
What about shipping costs and timeframe?
Shipping costs will be charged by Synclogic to your order and paid via the invoice and order link provided to you when your customer places an order for a KingdomGirl™ product. Please be sure that your rates are configured to have your customer pay for shipping as necessary. Our shipping timeframe is ten to fourteen business days. We do, however, aim to underpromise but over-perform, so don't be surprised if your customer orders ship faster than they imagine!
What about returns and exchanges?
KingdomGirl™ policy on returns and exchanges applies to both its wholesale and dropshipping customers. Please ensure that any requests for returns or exchanges falls within these guidelines before connecting with us on behalf of your customer.
KingdomGirl™ does not conduct any customer experience activities on your behalf with your customers. They are your customers. You are our customers.
Will I still have access to traditional wholesale if I choose dropshipping?
Yes! Approved buyers can participate in both programs as they choose.
Am I able to use KingdomGirl™ photography from the website for my own marketing purposes?

Why is the discount for wholesale higher than the discount for dropshipping?
Traditional wholesale is simply the purchase of our products to resell to customers. There is little work on our part besides fulfilling the order.
With dropshipping, we take all of the work off your hands. We house the inventory, fulfill the orders for your customers, and cover the expenses of shipping, packaging, and creating your packing slips. To cover these costs, the discount rate is lower for dropshipping than for traditional wholesale. If you wish to increase your pricing to increase your margin, you are welcome to!

What is the KingdomGirl™ Shipping Policy?
Our goal is to deliver your new KingdomGirl™ products to our carriers within five to seven business days, however, it may take a bit longer based on volume. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent to the email provided upon order. Transit time, once received by the carrier, usually takes up to four business days, but may require up to seven.
Orders placed after noon EST on weekdays or during the weekends will begin processing the next business day. The KingdomGirl™ shipping center does not process orders on weekends or holidays.
International, military, and noncontiguous states may experience longer shipping times.
What happens if my packages are lost, stolen, or say "delivered" but have not been received?
KingdomGirl™ is not responsible for extended service delays experienced by our carriers or for products stolen or misplaced during delivery. Once an order is accepted by UPS, USPS, or DHL, KingdomGirl™ is no longer responsible for the package. Refunds and replacements are not available for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
What should I do if my packages are lost, stolen, or say "delivered" but have not been received?
If your packages are officially updated as received by our carrier via their tracking systems but do not make it to their final destination, you should immediately confer with the carrier to file a claim. KingdomGirl™ is not responsible for packages once they show "accepted" or "in-transit" with our carriers.
No refunds, credits, or replacement orders are available for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered. These occurrences will be directed to contact the carrier.
What shipping methods are available to me? Is expedited shipping available?
We ship via USPS, DHL, and UPS! We do not offer expedited shipping at this time so be sure to order with plenty of time to meet your needs. While we aim to move as fast as we can to support our Wholesale Family, always plan with plenty of time for the just-in-case!
Is free shipping available for certain order amounts?
Occasionally we may offer free shipping programs, but as of the time of this writing, we do not.
Do you ship internationally?
At the time of this writing, we only ship to the United States and military addresses. Stay tuned for updates though! We will be global soon!
Where do KingdomGirl™ products ship from?
KingdomGirl™ products are designed in and shipped from sunny Miami, Florida! Our manufacturing partners are located all over the world including India, China, and Korea. They are privately owned manufacturers, vetted for ethical operations, and they are family!
What is the return, refund, or exchange policy?
Eligible products may be returned within 10 days following delivery for a store credit, only in the instance of a rare manufacturer's defect.
Return requests due to breakage during shipping will be referred to the carrier to file a claim.
Return requests due to the rare manufacturer's defect or breakage will require photographic evidence to secure a replacement.
Return requests initiated ten calendar days after confirmed delivery will not be approved for any reason.
What products are ineligible for return?
Products ineligible for return or exchange include the following:
Textile products including blankets, pillow covers, and pouches, apparel, and hats are completely ineligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Clearance and/or final sale items, BOGO items, and custom product orders are also ineligible for return.
Return requests for these products are subject to review for the rare manufacturer's defect, but are ineligible for return for any other reason.
How do I initiate a return request?
To initiate a return, please follow the following steps:
1. Please confirm that your request fits into the guidelines as stated above regarding timeframe and eligibility for return. We are not otherwise able to complete any return requests that are outside of these guidelines.
2. Once you have completed Step One and confirmed that your return is within our guidelines, click on the Chat Icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and let us know what you need. Have your order number ready for us to assist you. While we aim to be available during our business hours of 10am through 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, we may be helping another customer or out of the office. How do I receive my credit for an approved return?
If a return request is approved, you will be issued a Gift Card or discount code for future use to the email associated with the original order. You can use this code at anytime to shop the KingdomGirl™ website. Initial shipping charges for your order are non-refundable.

Yep! Be sure to provide us with an accurate email in order to ensure receipt of your invoice and order confirmation.
When is payment due for my order?
Payment is due in its entirety at the point of order, unless installments are selected. KingdomGirl™ will not ship or place any order without full and verified payment. This includes standard wholesale orders, preorders, and custom orders.
What about pre-orders? Do they require payment?
Yes! We reserve quantities of products, preorder or not, pending full receipt of payment. Completion of preorders constitutes acceptance of stated fulfillment times for these new and amazing products. Lead and delivery times for preorders range from 8-10 weeks and will be listed in the product description for this category of products.
What if I need to make a change or cancellation with an order?
If the order has not shipped, we will try our best to help! There are no guarantees, however, as your order may already be in process. Please connect with us via chat to see if we can be of assistance.
Am I able to place an emergency or expedited order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate emergency or expedited orders! We do our very best to get them out as soon as possible, though, so be sure to place it well in advance of when it is needed.
How do I check my order status?
Visit our chat feature on the home page! You can enter your order number there to receive information on if your order is shipped. Please also refer to our shipping policy on this page for additional information on when to expect your order. Requests for updates on orders that are still within the shipping guidelines will be automatically directed to the shipping policy.
What are KingdomGirl™ products made of?
KingdomGirl™ products are made of stainless steel, silicone, and organic materials such as leather, natural stone beads, and glass. Our products are lead and nickel free and hypoallergenic. Safe for all to wear!
How do I know that KingdomGirl™ products won't be listed on competitive sites like Temu or Shein?
KingdomGirl™ does not partner in any way with these websites and feature private designs by our in-house design team. We pride ourselves on giving you products that you do not have to see offered at-cost to your customers by international competition.

Do products arrive packaged and ready to display?
Yes! All of our products are packaged and ready for you to display, or not! Feel free to remove the packaging and display in organic ways such as using bowls or vessels or hanging displays. It's up to you!

Does KingdomGirl™ offer the ability to customize its product with my own brand or content?
Absolutely! We love the idea of helping our customers bring their ideas to life! As long as the design or messaging that you would like to create is something our brand can stand behind, we would love to help.
Is there a minimum quantity required to customize a KingdomGirl™ product?
Custom products require a minimum quantity of 60 units of the same design and are most useful for branding, corporate gifting, or fundraising. In simpler terms, one custom design must have an order of 60 pieces of that style in that design to qualify. Orders of 60 cannot be divided up into multiple designs.
Is there an extra discount for custom orders since the quantity is set at a minimum amount?
Custom orders enjoy a 60% off discount of the retail price. That is an additional 10% off of your standard wholesale discount of 50%.
What products are eligible for customization?
Most products in the KingdomGirl™ catalog are eligible for customization and we are also here to help with design needs for a small fee. Want to learn more? Connect with us via the chat feature and let's collaborate!
What is the lead time for custom products?
Lead time varies based on the product that you are customizing and the amount of products that you require. General lead times require 30-45 days from time of order to delivery, but may be longer depending on volume and complexity of design.
What is the return, refund, or exchange policy for custom products?
Custom products are ineligible for return for any reason other than the rare manufacturer's defect proven with photographic evidence.
Custom product orders require a signed document acknowledging the accuracy of the design in use and the acceptance of the no-return policy.
Unsold custom products cannot be accepted back by KingdomGirl™ at any time so be sure that you have a market for your custom order!
Can there be style changes to custom products? For example, pillow colors, charm sizes, etc?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to our base products. Products can be customized in content only, and not in construction.
